  1. Obtain 2 Tough Scorpid Breastplates, 2 Tough Scorpid Gloves, and 10 Worn Dragonscales, then deliver it to Thorkaf Dragoneye in the Badlands.
  2. Completing this quest will give you access to the Dragonscale Leatherworking arts.
  3. The completion of this quest will prevent you from learning Elemental Leatherworking and Tribal Leatherworking; be sure this is the path you wish to follow before doing so.
  4. The source links Worn Dragonscale to Scalding Whelp in Badlands, near (69.7, 53.8). Follow the quest's required action; this association does not establish a normal loot drop.
  5. Turn in to Thorkaf Dragoneye in Badlands at (62.7, 57.4).
