The beta
The beta runs for roughly five weeks and caps characters at level 30.
That cap decides what you can and cannot evaluate:
In the beta
- Zephras Isle in full, the Skyborne 1–12 experience
- Early and mid-tier reworked talents
- The new rendering pipeline and the HD/SD toggle in low-level zones
- Camping, at the skill levels reachable by 30
Not in the beta
- Mount Hyjal
- Barrow Deeps and Hyjal Summit
- Most of the Riverglades
- 31-point capstone talents
- Level 60 builds of any kind
Testing exactly the 1–30 range is a defensible choice given Forever's entire design argument is that the levelling journey is the game — but do not expect to evaluate endgame before launch.
Beta access is not included in every edition. See editions and pre-orders for which packs grant it.
