Walkthrough

1. Accept the first A New Plague quest from Apothecary Johaan in Brill, near 59.5, 52.4 in Tirisfal Glades.
2. Hunt Decrepit Darkhounds around Brill and loot their corpses until you have five Darkhound Blood. One recorded nearby spawn is west of Johaan at 57.8, 52.7; use it as a starting point to search the surrounding ground.
3. Cursed Darkhounds also supply the blood. The source records them south of Brill, including around 58.3, 58.3.
4. Return to Johaan with all five vials and complete the hand-in. Speak to him again to continue the A New Plague chain.
