Before entering
Classic reference: Key to the City from Magistrate Barthilas opens the service entrance. Assign fear/possession handling and disease removal. The Baron rescue timer is a separate dungeon-set objective; agree on it before crossing the gate. Deathcharger's Reins is a Classic reference drop; Forever availability/rate is unconfirmed. Layout and route
Enter the service gate on the eastern approach. Defeat Anastari, Nerub'enkan and Maleki and clear acolytes inside all three ziggurats. Kill Barthilas if encountered. In Slaughter Square, clear every abomination to trigger Ramstein, survive the follow-up waves and Black Guard, then enter Rivendare's chamber. Classic route reference.
