Overview

Observed in game
You are not a member of the Deathguard, and therefore have yet to disappoint me. As a reward for your lack of incompetence, you shall be rewarded with punishing those that have demonstrated such talents in excess. Swiftly now--Slowed, is it?--or I shall add your name to my ledger for someone else's reward.

Punish 5 Deathguards for Executor Zygand.
